LG has more difficult processes to learn, which takes at least 12 months to feel comfortable with. Once you learn this and who does what within the company, it makes it easier to work through the bureaucracy.

LG has a great product and love to sell it.

We have years of experience and each can rely on each other for help or with questions. We are all seasoned veterans of the industry
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our Quarterly bonuses take longer than 120 days to get paid. There are so many mistakes from the data on how we are paid. And no adjustments can be made from my team, its either take it or leave it.
