Considerable LACK OF communication of LG corporae employees and field people. Very hard to get support from LG corporate for immediate needs or even know who to go to

immediate leader is very supportive and communictive

Communication with this team. Mutual support when needed between us.

quality of products, reputation that the company has for our products,

Constant communication with Manager for our team and having group team phone meetings to keep in-touch

SALES! and being able to build relationships that will last Most importantly being able to broaden the offerings we can provide

Improvement of communication between corporate office people and outside sales when we need assistance. Need to develop a better trust between outside sales and LG

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

#1 Paid in a timely manner for bonus #2 This is a relationship business to grow sales for LG. Current new set-up discourages building solid relationships on KAM side

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Considerable distruct of company by sales employees. Compensation should be spelled out by customer and amount so that things don't slip through the cracks. LG tends to miss or hide many opps that we should get credit for, hence the distrust

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Territory SIs and end-user want ONE KEY PERSON to work with for their territory to grow business together. Now we have become so segmented that there are too many people from LG trying to work with the same SIs and SIs lose confidence in LG. No sense of mutual support within LG
