Overall it's been a challenge with lack of support and direction. This has personally gotten better for me in the last 3 months, however I've been w/ the company for 4yrs. I am finally seeing improvement & hop is lasts.
Communication & a sense of urgency to assist w/ customer issues.
Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say about the culture of the company.
Our President is very focused on the customer experience and builds goals based on customer experience
A sense of ownership. Everyone is always blaming someone else, saying it's not their problem & passing it along to someone else.
People don't appear to care about people, only numbers. Showing care and compassion to employees & customers will go a long way.
Roles & responsibilities need to be re-evaluated every 12-24 months to ensure employees are being paid fairly for the job that they currently doing.
Being able to work from home is the best. The culture in the office is negative. It has been more productive & enjoyable to work from home.
Understanding the different aspects of the business. They tend to want every dept. to "work the same" like a cookie cutter approach. Different lines of business require different KPI's and customer approaches
We are finally getting to a point where people understand that the customers experience is the most important thing - and now there is a lot of changes happening to prioritize the customer experience - so that makes me happy
My duties & responsibilities have changed/increased but my title/salary compensation have not. I asked for it to be reviewed, filled out the responsibility form (although my leadership should have already known) & after 5 mos w/ no response I contacted HR who has has no response after 1 month.
