The on-boarding process is too complex with unusual systems dictated by IT. In general business matters, the messaging from US Leadership and Korean leadership do not always match up and are sometimes at odds. However, the resources and capabilities are huge.

Benefits are excellent. Pay structure is overly complex and bonus payout is very slow

Everyone seems to recognize and acknowledge the cumbersome systems inside LG and are willing to help you navigate them. The problem is, much of this navigation is just "playing the system" rather than making the systems better.
