There is a genuine concern for the customer and that creates a great environment for learning and resolutions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New hires in the department do not have the responsibilities I do but are hired at equal titles and equal or higher wages

Compensation is tied to position and even though I have years of experience and am currently working in a management position I currently have the same role as the majority of the aftermarket team some just hired a few months ago.
