What is the best part about your compensation package?

I don't think I get to use them due to heavy loaded work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Past few years, HR's been trying their best to bring in new (trends) office cultures in LG.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They work hard and are fully committed even during off hours, wknds, and R&Rs that do not belong to them.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Employees are mistreated in work load allocation/distribution, salary, given tasks that are not listed in Job description but forced to do it, not providing enough head counts when requested & needed. that is why employees are leaving the company.
