Basically, I am excited to be part of the LG team. However, the lack of support and growth opportunities for women is very discouraging.

The organization is professional and goal oriented

Hunting and than Winning new customers

it's a new team, but they are good people

they are genuine and committed to helping us reach the goals

Customer acquisition. I am happiest when I am pursuing a new customer.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

compared to others professionals at my skill level and proven track record, I am under compensated

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

this is difficult to answer. Within the Korean Culture, I feel appreciated for my contributions. And yet, there are still road blocks for women to advance within the organization.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I genuinely like them as individuals and respect their talents. I know that I can speak freely and trust that our conversation will be kept private. They are always willing to help. Good people

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

goals are assigned in June-July for the current FY. There is no dialogue or discussion with what is attainable. the focus is on revenue $ but Bus. Dev. is about securing new business. we are penalized for winning new business that may take a year to show revenue. And there is no credit for global
