We make good product and that makes this very intense and stressful workplace a little better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Provide more competitive compensation on the non-sales members (who are basically in sales, by the way) and provide a clear difference between the different teams and their compensation packages.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The negatives outweigh the positives - make this place fun and reward members for the immense amount of revenue and profit that we have received. We act as if we are the poorest company in the world.
