LG is stuck. They want to try to improve the culture, but until the leadership style and tone changes, people are not going to be happy. There is too much mistrust due to dishonest communication and lack of support. Te culture will change once the Leadership style and tactics change.
LG has great people. The issue has been that leadership does not understand our market and are committed to short term goals because they rotate in and out every two years. We also tend to be too internally focused and rarely listen to what our customers tell us.
Heath Benefits and zero cost to employee
Free healthcare and benefits carriers are good
Not enough support to do everything needed.
Good people who try to do their best
Great people who try their best
The people are great. Very nice and friendly.
Free health care for all
Too much negativity, lack of communication, and not enough resources
Need more people to support the business. No one has time.
Leadership needs to build the team, especially with this new virtual environment
Be truthful, even if the news is bad. Be honest with customers.
Need a plan and stick to it. The focus tends to change like the wind. The plan needs to be our plan, not dictated by others but by our own goals.
Due to the fact that it is hard to attract talent at LG, we tend to allow underperformers to stay in their roles with no plan to address the issues or move them out
There is a lack of focus on the customer. Too much internal focus and looking at short term goals. LG needs to develop a long term strategic plan, identify what growth they want and can support, then execute the plan, making hard decisions along the way as to which customers are important.
Communication Telling the truth and being honest Committing to realistic goals, not aspirations with low probability More customer focus Creating our own plan and sticking to it Being a leader, not a follower of our competition Investing in people - teams need to grow in some proportion to business
