For the work performed, the responsibility and the importance of my position plus the cost of living increasing in the area it would be good to get an increase in pay.
COLA would dictate a normal increase in pay, have not seen one to accommodate that factor. Small increase in pay annually and lack of bonuses are disheartening - for the work performed and dedication I have put into the company I would have hoped I would have been paid more.
