Unless you are making 6 figures, the 2-3% provided once a year doesn't give much incentive to perform.
The leadership team needs to provide team members with clear expectations. Currently goals don't appear to matter when it comes to employee evaluations. Leadership should clearly lay out what is expected.
Learning new things, but that is always limited due to the current workload. Regardless of changing positions tasks still move to the new role so you just get new work added without other things being removed.
Compensation - Raises are a joke. LG doesn't care about employees enough to provide increases for cost of living. Once a year is the only chance for a raise and you have to compete with team members in order to get a raise.
