Poor work life balance. Unclear expectations. Lack of opportunity to advance if you're not bilingual. Unfair compensation.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Insurance, PTO, 401K, & discounted products

My coworkers and management team keep me happy.

My direct manager and director are amazing and very supportive.

The only positive thing that comes to mind is Korean food.

My team members are always willing to help and support in any way possible.

My team members are the only ones that actually care about me as a person.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Unless you are making 6 figures, the 2-3% provided once a year doesn't give much incentive to perform.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team needs to provide team members with clear expectations. Currently goals don't appear to matter when it comes to employee evaluations. Leadership should clearly lay out what is expected.

What makes you most happy at work?

Learning new things, but that is always limited due to the current workload. Regardless of changing positions tasks still move to the new role so you just get new work added without other things being removed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation - Raises are a joke. LG doesn't care about employees enough to provide increases for cost of living. Once a year is the only chance for a raise and you have to compete with team members in order to get a raise.
