I enjoy working here. IT systems are not very good here though. I design on a PC all day but getting proper equipment and IT systems to work is sometimes not possible. I have issues that have been in the IT repair que for over a year.

Love working here, but it's hard for me to recommend to other people. Mainly because the IT systems here are such a headache...and that's something they'll be using everyday.

I'm treated very well. My biggest issue is IT systems. They are confusing and rarely work properly (Not the computers themselves, they work great). I'm talking about LG Cloud, EP, GSFS, Learning management systems, internet speed/latency.

They ar every good at their job.

We make some really nice products.

Having PTO instead of separate vacation and sick leave.

Starr awards. allow managers to gift to people in other departments for helping.

Good with delegation. Do well with content creators...keep us out of unnecessary meetings & projects.

All are nice and respectful. They now require very little paperwork for my position...saves a lot of time.

They are friendly easy to work with. Some of the corporate policies are terrible, but not the fault of my local managers.

My cubicle is in a quiet area. I'm a designer but they used to haver me sitting near call center reps that are on the phone all day.
