It's a job but it's not career focused. There is no opportunity for growth. I have invested several years with no progress towards anything other than maintaining my employment. There is no career path at LG for me.

My job at LG has been at a stand still for 10 years. I should not be at the same level as I was when I first started working here. I have been presented with zero opportunities for growth or promotion and my outlook on my job here is stagnant.

After working at LG for 10 years my position has remained the same with no opportunity for career advancement despite having a college degree which LG encourages its employees to further their education but it has led to no growth here. Position, salary, and learning opportunities are unsatisfactory

No career or salary growth for 10+ years. Offer career and salary growth to those who have provided loyalty and show potential to do more than what they are provided.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company 10 years and have not been provided with promotional or job growth opportunities. Pay rate has not kept up with cost of living and does not match job responsibilities.

I feel undervalued because I've been with the company for 10 years and have not been provided any career growth opportunities which is leaving my career and earning potential in a stand still for an excessive amount of time.

I have been working at LG for over 10 years and have never been offered the opportunity to grow from my position. The salary is not keeping up with cost of living and people working in entry level fast food jobs are starting at the same pay rate I receive now.
