Been here for over 10 years. Feel under- appreciated, overworked and frustrated. Good benefits - that is a big plus. Great co-workers, lot's of smart people, however the company is not modern, slow to make changes and continue to lose great employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No opportunity for advancement; management changes their mind every 4 months, no clarity, no appreciation, no acknowledgment of effort.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Improve all internal systems. Nothing works right. Takes a while to submit a simple approval request. We current. Be straightforward. Care about people who have been with you for years, compensate them well, give them exciting tasks and projects. Appreciate them. Until then LG will never be #1.
