I truly enjoy working for LG. Currently, there are many challenges with lack of inventory, the ongoing pandemic and other negatively contributing factors. My concern is the lack of discipline from management over compensation and unreasonableness by the Accounting department when dealing with sales

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a aura of mistrust between sales and some management. We now have good and experienced people leaving due to lack of compensation on a timely basis. Additionally, employees are suing the company over labor claims. Terrible for the morale of the employees.
