Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

LG doesn't care about salespeople. They on;ly care about revenue. They are unwilling to invest in systems that work and always trip sales with emcumbering systems that miss the mark and are labor intensive and say that's the way the marlet is. LG needs to do better. IT internal systems are bad

Selling great products that work well and are supported by the company

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Timely compensation as they pay late. Transparency as to how comp is calculated is needed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Compensation being late and incorrect makes me feel unappreciated and undervalued. HQ is disinterested in the success of the market in the USA. NOT INVENTED HERE is the prevailing culture

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They try to be plugged in even though they often fall short and are subject to LG HQ for approval which is tiresome and mostly out of touch with the US market

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay compensation within the timeframe promised. Do not make account managers "hunt" for revenue from spreadsheets. Compensation should be automatic and correct. Those that calculate compensation should be accountable for accuracy as well as expediency.. They are always late and incorrect.
