We are a team, we work and communicate and are able to address issues in a constructive manner.

There is an open communication culture where employees may discuss issues, constraints, opportunities, etc. openly without concern of retaliation.

All of the employees I work with are excellent in their jobs. They communicate and work well with other employees and work toward solving problems or issues in a positive manner.
