LG is not for everyone, you need to work hard, be flexible but unfortunately need to be very patient and have a thick skin. There are people that I have encouraged to join LG and they've thrived, but there are some I discouraged. LG isn't for everyone, but is is for me.

my manager and BU head listen to the voice of the field and the customer, and the bullying of the past is no longer a factor
What are some of the best things about your team?
My peers are smart and committed, and genuinely good people. My team has talented people but also some that need to step up their game
