Everyone is a team player and likes to work hard and play hard
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher base pay and reasonable and fair and attainable goals and paying of commissions in a timely manner no more than 45 days after the quarter ends. Better back-up of commission reporting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That I work from my home field office. Saves time and aggravation of commute to and from work and in better mental mind set when starting work and more time to work. Also at end of day don't feel aggravated from driving home. Only leave home office to travel to customers or visit with team or shows
