It is a very hard job. it takes a lot of physical, mental power, and time to get things done. The rewards are mostly worth it. Sometimes it gets too hard.

a good company to work for. it is a very hard job and too many things are on our plate. the challenge is to abide by every rule and still get what needs to be done in a timely fashion. We have few options to use so that we can be flexible to do the things required of us. a challenge but rewarding.
