While there are challenges with the operations of the company, I find the technology of the products fantastic. I believe we work with a skeleton crew and can use more people and defined processes. However, the sales challenges are the reason I love the job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting things finished for the customer and preparing details on how to illustrate the selling process of LG products
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are taking us in the right direction and they are fighting to get us the tools to get there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The years of knowledge and the variety of thought and experience, allows me to learn how to be more successful, in my region.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I am compensated on my salary correctly, but sometimes the bonus and how it is measured is unfair or confusing as to how the number is measured.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culturally I like the work hard attitude and the push to think on your own. The environment is great, as I work out of my home and seldom go to an office.
