unselfish, transparent, and hard working.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
too much administrative work. too many hours that are needed to do the job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many processes and repetitive requests coming from all departments. Nobody is in place to be a buffer between HQ Korea and the employees.
