There is never anyone who gives praise for good work or a job well done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communicating what is going on in a timely manner. Most communications are late or notices are given to employee at last minute.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paying based on performance and fair raises among employees. New hires get paid the same or more as current employee and current employee has more experience and same level of education.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Speaking and understanding the English language is first priority. There are many employee's who don't understand what the customer is asking and then ask after the meeting to explain what the customer said is a good example.
