In the many years I have seen many changes, for the most part I have been happy. I just wish I was viewed more favorably for what I can contribute to the company. I have asked for advancement opportunities many times, but unable to because I did not have the experience. How can I if I can't move.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always willing to help when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with co-workers in my department and other departments.

My current team is capable of getting work done while having fun at the same time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
On a personal level they are good. Anytime I need to take time off for anything there is never a problem.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me it is being able to participate in community projects (pre-Covid), now it is that I have the opportunity to work from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My current leadership has given me more respect than I have received in a number of years working here. I have been held back, but now finally feel that I have a chance to grow. There are still challenges of course, but I feel much more supported.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While I feel I am paid fairly, it has taken a long time to get to this point. I feel that with education advancement achieved that I paid for that more opportunities would have been available, but education does not match experience which can not be gained without being given the opportunity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because of the lack of advancement opportunities that have been made available to me. I have been with the company for a long time and have Master's level degree, but whenever trying to advance a department I was in for many years, I was told I was not qualified.
