I'd like to work with LG but there is some unfair and unacceptable things that I faced since 3 years such as salary and promotion

Many people ask me to provide my work process for copying me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lower rate of incentive that I have since 3 year and no profit share even though company net profit is getting higher.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No overtime pay and no promotion that I requested since 2019. I would feel better if I promote and receive wireless support as well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am still not much comfortable when some one not wearing indoor mask and talk. There is also no 6 feet distance in my office.
