What is the best part about your compensation package?

Our Healthcare benefits are great!

What are some of the best things about your team?

My immediate team is collaborative and supportive of each other.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We need far less administrative duties that are taking us away from selling and meeting with customers. Our Accounting and Claims process is broken and the unwavering reluctance to make exceptions in the interest of retaining strategic customers is extremely frustrating.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

LG needs to become a customer focused company. Over the past two years, we have become extremely difficult to work with and it has cost us business. Rather than focusing on strict policies and difficult internal processes, LG needs to put their customers and employees first.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It takes 20 min to log into the Cloud, it is extremely slow and doesn't work with all video conf software. Going back to Outlook would be GREAT. My Sales role is now 99.9% resolving accounting conflicts which entails reviewing thousands of line items. We need a new team dedicated to take this over.
