I love the innovative spirit of the company, however we continue to serve the internal customer rather than the external. Our logistics is abysmal, we need to pick a dedicated carrier and stop placing loads out for bid. We need to make more time for salespeople to interact with customers.

Working with and visiting customers.

Knowledge and experience in the industry. Good people that listen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The quarterly bonuses would be my favorite if they were paid on time.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Internal processes need to make better sense. Departments need to more collaborative. Traditional hierarchies need to be reviewed.
