We like to laugh & Teamwork (not I but we atmosphere).
Allowed to WFH. I am able to complete a task without constant interruptions.
We have been working with each other for years and we know how each other thinks. Also we love to laugh and support each other. Genuinely concerned about each other.
My department is understaffed. I'm doing the job of 3 people and a backup when a member of my team is on PTO or out suddenly. People leave or move to another department and the person leading have to take on job duties. My current compensation does not equate to the job task I currently perform.
I am currently doing 3 jobs and compensated for 1. 1 person leaves, I have to take over their role. Get promoted, and still have to do the job I was doing before promoted plus my current job & the job of a missing manager. Either pay more or hire someone to help take the load off.
