LG seems to be struggling to identify its goals for our sales team. We're being pulled in too many different directions, with new goals & urgent projects weekly. There is too much demand for us to complete training, send reports, update SF.com etc. It's super distracting from focusing on sales.

we are supportive of one another and treat each other like family. we are top notch / best in class in our industry and we succeed and share what we know with each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay me on time. fix the commission issues; even though we have made improvements, I still feel we are being cheated out of sales we have earned and are not being paid for all of it. also, we are late on our payments. the process for reviewing our reports is cumbersome and confusing. Grade: D-
