Our team is very engaged with current practices and solutions. Everyone on my team tries to improve everyday. Our team cares about our direct customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its good in the current environment we work in. I have goats to achieve everyday and long term goals. I want to earn as much as I can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all have the ability to reach out to each other when we fail to have a solution. The team can reach out to a Mentor or Manager to get the best information to each person that seeks the answer to his or hers situation.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy talking with our customers and their LG product. I enjoy great satisfaction when I achieve my KPIs on a day, week or months goal. I like choosing my own path and time management within company policies. I enjoy helping an individual who may be struggling with like goals.
