What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

None....LG does not have a positive culture and I could not recommend working at LG to any fried or valued resource.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

This is regularly communicated to managers and in surveys like this, but no changes have occurred. Korean management (and some US Directors) are simply uninterested, or unable, to impact the change that everyone knows is obvious and clearly needed. It isn't difficult to do - Korea just refusestodoit

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Compensation is low, goals are unrealistically high, high performer are not rewarded and low performers (and people who are not team players) are retained and promoted in spite of their shortcomings. More power and authority needs to be placed in the US-based team doing business in the US (vs Korea)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was paid more in my previous position, where I had better tools, better coworkers/team members and more realistic goals. I've never worked to hard for so little and been so unappreciated and undervalued. When I do earn a bonus (which is regularly) it takes MONTHS for that bonus to be paid.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Some of my coworkers are the best I've ever worked with. Some are the worst I've ever worked with. Those who are the best are fed up and have been looking to leave LG. Some already have, and many will continue to move to competitors. The worst seem happy to remain at LG. Worst case scenario for LG.
