Overall it has been a great experience, the compensation for Sales has always been an issue and it has been going on for over 4 years I have worked here. This needs to be a priority to resolve and improve in order to keep the sales team that we have. We are already seeing some leave due to this!

Ability to manage my position without a lot of interference
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a group of seasoned veterans that have seen it all and are always willing to help resolve something you haven't yet seen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am a work from home employee so appreciate the ability to do so and also travel about 70% of the time so when Im not on the road working from home is great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sales Compensation is a huge issue and never seems to be addressed. The program feels like the company is looking for ways to not pay the sales team. Our annual goal numbers were not released until June and the KPIs we are rated against was also June. And they switched to Quarterly goals also.
