AGain, this job would be great if I could actually do what I was hired to do. Instead I'm told I have "responsibilities" but no abilty to manage them. Instead I have to go through ancient procedures and software that rarely works efficiently.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better HR, and processes that make sense to the jobs we are supposed to be doing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Allow people to actually manage. Stop ridiculous processes and upgrade internal software andtechnology so that it reliable works.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Talented people on the sales team and within my team as well. I find the culture and environment oppressive and accusatory.
What makes you most happy at work?
The days where I get to do the job for which I was hired. Unfortunately that is only 20% of the time.
