Great benefits that retain employees but overall processes and systems need vast improvement. We are a large well known company but our business unit operates like a small shop (very inefficient at some stages).
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a disparity between the high performers and low performers with no benefits or consequences.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In addition to compensation based on position/role, there should be additional monetary benefits based on performance and not just seniority.
