Highly skilled and they care what direction LG takes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Doing what is rite vs copying another company or doing something blindly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management does not listen to even the highly skilled employees. Our department has had 10 managers over 8 years and upper management runs off the good managers. We have no support, no direction, no focus and no logical guidance.
