Raises for frontline staff. Meaningful change in bonus structure. Meaningful change in logistics.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The majority need to do their jobs better and need to be held responsible when they do not. Not updating calls, not communicating with management, not checking emails and following procedure

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

While there are many ways for us to receive more compensation via different bonuses, they always are tied to things we cannot control. The majority of the time, our concerns fall on deaf ears. Examples would be sub par warehouse performance, incorrect dispatches, late next day dispatches, and more
