I was on a steady path of growth in personal development and efficient use of acquired skills and knowledge, but this was recently changed without my input of consideration of my personal feeling. More recently I feel like just another cog in the wheel with little value or consideration of my needs

Listen more and ask more questions of individuals. Less top down directives without consideration of impact of employees and customers.

At least within our immediate team, I am very comfortable stating my opinion and acting based on my personal ethics. Not so much outside our immediate team.

Success of our team toward our goals in support of the growth and success of our customer. Confidence in the quality and support received by our immediate team.
