My team is like a family, not every conversation is negative
What are some of the best things about your team?
every single team member is always helpful. its good to be able to pick people brain when you cant quite figure something out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
not having to worry about medical bills is nice. discounts on appliances is nice but I live in an apartment so all my appliances are provided. I wish there were more small appliances and electronics to buy.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's fair pay with great benefits. I was doing this position before at an ASC and was paid pennies with insurance that pretty much covered nothing. Like I had a hospital visit that was absolutely insulting when I needed help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have changed managers a few times since I started. my previous manager left the company now but I saw potential in him. My new manager hit the ground running and has rocked the team since he started in the position. the management team truly show they are here to help us and not get rid of us.
