
Communication between team members is pretty good. Communication with management is stressful and not good.
Understanding emotional intelligence and understanding employee needs for a better moral. Most importantly working with employees to establish better work/life balance
Culture and environment is very behind other US located offices in my opinion. Management comes off too strong and micromanaging is common and encouraged. Little to none flexibility and work life balance.
Research shows most employees at LG are paid below average for their position. Yearly Merit increases barely cover inflation and cost of living increase. No clear career ladder. The longer you work here without a big promotion the less money you actually make year over year because of low raises.
