
I have a smart/strong team and very knowledgeable collectively.
The health benefits and the company paying for the premiums.
I think it starts from top down. Myself and my team feel very removed from what is going on elsewhere.
I don't hate what I do, but I find that there is too much built in difficulty. If I was able to concentrate on my job description, I'd be much happier.
They don't seem to understand the difficulty in many of the day to day processes and the amount of work required to simply do basic tasks. There is a major feeling that employees are just assets who will turnover and be replaced.
