12 years total, and I don't feel valued, I've seen sick people be replaced very quickly, and all executives care about are the numbers. We were made to work on the New Years holiday
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Act as a team instead of not willing to help others
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a common goal but they overwhelm workers with too much, instead of hiring people to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment at LG is not healthy. I've witnessed employees being yelled out and put down about their work habits.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
HR offers flex time, but our Director does not approve. We have to make up time to have summer hours, so it's not a real perk, micromanagement is bad here
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've worked for LG for 12 years and have only made $21K more since then. I see other companies pay more for the same position, AND to top it off the work is not delegated evenly/fairly. Some people do less work than others.
