Everyone is respectful to each other and assists when they can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone wants to help LG succeed, even when we disagree how to make that occur.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is under market. Also, company needs to keep being flexible as to remote, hybrid and time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Mr. Yoon is engaged and works with all at the company. Mr Hwang is unknown to everyone who is not Korean.
