What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding that many of our Company KPI's do not match per department, this causes a conflict and that communication between departments is lacking.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Manu of the people I support in FS make more money than I do and My team is responsible for them being successful at LG

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Change when these surveys are sent out. Less reporting we spend more time reporting than our normal activities most of the time. Trust the people you have
