
In my team, we work together and compliment each other's skills. We all respect each others' expertise while also challenging each other to be better.

As a new hire, it's a little difficult to make an informed assessment, but from what I can tell, I think the leadership team needs to do a job at bringing different teams together. Because the various teams seem at LG feel siloed, sometimes the products and experience reflect this disjointedness
