What does the leadership team need to get better at?

communication and buy-in of business strategy at the Divisional level. Corporate strategy is too far removed from what I do.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No stock options, no stock purchase plan. Sales compensation plan is not transparent (KPIs not even written down until 4Q last year!)
