
Too much work for the pay. I am a salary employee so i am never not thinking about or involved with work it seems.
Good people willing to help.

Personality, I think we have a great team just a lack of good leadership.
There is a big communication issue in the department. That would be one of the first things to resolve.
Most of my coworkers are suffering from exhaustion from micromanagement. There has been many directions given but not much leadership. This has lead to a sever breakdown in employee moral.
Currently i do have a WFH option which helps with he work life balance. With all the extra time working it helps that some of this work can be done from home.
There should be better communication to employees. There is too much demand for more work to be done with less man power. We can not accomplish the task needed to make our goals without investment from the company. Sales seem to keep growing but service keeps shrinking.

I dont feel that i am paid based on my knowledge and task given. I am truly not compensated on performance which was reflected in the last review. My numbers given were not even based on my correct KPI numbers. I was just given a number based on what was distributed not truly performance.
I have been told from two managers that i am under paid compared to other team members. I should be paid a fair market value but it seems due to the fact i was brought into the company at an earlier date then my salary just stays behind. There is no respect for loyalty.
