LG has potential to be #1 with the right management and employees. Too many executive changes and management changes in 2021 and it takes time to overcome. Current management is doing it's best to compensate. However, many people are over looked with their job experience.

Pay is less than most companies for the duties performed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Team is very new but they are learning during a difficult time and doing their best to find out solutions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much workload for everyone so mistakes are made and some needed things are not completed. Too many people doing the same type of projects overlapping. High stress levels right now. Organize and separate work load for each person it is okay if it is heavy but not overwhelming.
