I like the flat hierarchy structure and also that everyone in the US office is so approachable.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to dive in more and more into the business and learn new skills every day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team members that I work with on a daily basis are very involved in the work we do and are passionate about it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance and good base salary. Could have been more happy if a good alternative to stock options was provided. This is an area where LG is behind the other US tech companies.
