I like what the company produces, I like the work I do and the people I work with both internally and externally. It is unfortunate that there really is no career path. I am sure this is very important to most employees and is not being addressed.

Ensuring that my role has been benchmarked against the industry but also weighed against the level of contribution and performance within my team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy what I do. I absolutely love working from home as I am more productive and it allows for excellent work life balance
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I admire that they are always trying to improve and create ways to benefit the Employees. This is really credited to our HR team who is the one spearheading these initiatives and opportunities.
