strong work ethic, and technical skills. Able to mix fun with work

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I know people in similar jobs make more money at other companies. We are losing people and can't hire candidates because the engineering salary ranges are too low and the compensation people don't understand the market in Chicago.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The tools they supply (email, cloud computer and scheduling) are an embarrassment. Everyday when I start work I have to work with software that is crude and non-functional. I am considering leaving the company because I can't be productive with the basic everyday tools of email and calendar.
